Who operates this site
Dealer Drive Thru is the public business name for tools and services operated by Ocean West Labs LLC. DealerSpy is a Dealer Drive Thru product.
Use of the site
Dealer Drive Thru and DealerSpy are provided for dealership business evaluation and launch requests. Do not submit information you are not allowed to share.
DealerSpy reports
DealerSpy reports are outside-in reviews based on public shopper-facing signals and submitted store or competitor information. Findings are practical recommendations, not legal, compliance, advertising, or accounting advice.
Sample report
The sample DealerSpy report uses fictional dealership details. It shows the intended report shape and should not be read as a real audit of a real store.
Site analytics
We may measure site traffic, referral sources, report-link engagement, and form activity to improve Dealer Drive Thru and DealerSpy. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Availability and changes
The launch site, report format, pricing, and features may change as DealerSpy moves from launch testing into regular service.
Free report offer
The first DealerSpy report may be offered free during launch. Availability, scope, and delivery timing may vary. Dealer Drive Thru may modify or end the free report offer at any time.
Billing
DealerSpy is a monthly subscription handled through Stripe checkout unless a separate written arrangement is made. Multi-rooftop coverage should be confirmed before purchase.
Refunds and disputes
DealerSpy provides digital business review services and reports. If there is a billing issue, duplicate charge, or service concern, contact support@dealerdrivethru.ai. We review refund requests case by case. Refunds may be declined after work has started or a report has been delivered, unless required by law.
Cancellation
DealerSpy is a monthly service. You may cancel by emailing support@dealerdrivethru.ai. Cancellation stops future billing. Unless otherwise stated, access and service continue through the end of the paid billing period, and partial-month refunds are not provided unless required by law.
Returns
Dealer Drive Thru does not sell physical goods through this site, so shipping and product returns do not apply.
