Your request goes directly to an agent, where it is screened for security, reviewed, and turned into a plan or prototype for the DDT team. If we move forward, we’ll follow up.

Why are you called Dealer Drive Thru?

The drive-thru is a great example of American innovation built around serving the customer better.

One of the earliest examples was Red’s Giant Hamburg on Route 66 in Springfield, Missouri. In the late 1940s, Red Chaney added a drive-up ordering window so customers could get food without leaving their cars. McDonald’s did not open its first drive-thru until 1975, but today the drive-thru accounts for roughly 70% of its U.S. business.

It was not just a faster way to buy food. It changed how an entire industry operated by making service more convenient, more accessible, and easier to fit into real life. A busy parent, a commuter, or someone short on time did not need a technical explanation. The improvement was obvious the first time they used it.

What does DealerSpy review?

Is the report AI-generated?

No. AI may help gather or organize some evidence, but recommendations are reviewed by people with automotive and digital experience.

Does DealerSpy submit fake leads?

No. DealerSpy does not submit fake leads and does not make fake phone calls. The report is based on public shopper-facing evidence.

How are monthly reports delivered?

Paid monthly reports are delivered by email and provide a live link to the report that can be opened on desktop or mobile. That email and link can be shared with anyone that you grant access to.

When are DealerSpy reports delivered?

By default, reports are delivered between the 10th and 20th of each month so early-month incentive changes can settle before analysis begins. If you want a different schedule, email support@dealerdrivethru.ai.

What information do you need to build the report?

Not much. Tell us who you are and where to deliver the report. Competitor preferences and delivery timing are optional.

Is this only about finding broken things?

No. DealerSpy finds friction and problems, but also market openings: places competitors are weak, quiet, exposed, or giving you an opportunity to capitalize.
