What we collect

When you request a report, join a waitlist, create an account, start checkout, or use a Dealer Drive Thru product, we collect the details you submit: name, email, business or store name, website, product interest, optional competitor names, consent, and source or referral details attached to the form.

How we use it

We use submitted information to create and secure your account, provide the product you requested, prepare reports or product outputs, handle checkout and billing through Stripe, respond to support questions, and improve Dealer Drive Thru products.

What DealerSpy reviews

DealerSpy reviews public shopper-facing information such as dealership websites, inventory pages, public profiles, visible review signals, and AI answer snapshots where those signals are reliable enough to use.

Cookies and analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand site traffic, popular pages, referral sources, device/browser basics, and engagement with Dealer Drive Thru pages, report links, accounts, checkout paths, and forms. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies and stores anonymized visitor data.

When you submit a form, we may also save the campaign/referral details attached to that visit, such as UTM source, medium, campaign, referrer, landing page, and current page. We use that to understand which product pages, report links, and launch channels are working.

We do not use ad retargeting pixels or heatmap/session-recording tools on the launch site. If those are added later, they should be disclosed here and handled with a clear choice.

Sharing

We do not sell submitted contact information. We use service providers for hosting, account authentication, form handling, storage, payment processing, email delivery, and product operations when needed to operate the site and provide the requested products.

Billing, cancellation, and account deletion

Paid product billing is handled through Stripe. Account owners or billing admins can manage payment methods, invoices, plan changes, and subscription cancellation from the Dealer Drive Thru account page through the Stripe billing portal.

You can delete your Dealer Drive Thru login from your account page. Account deletion removes or disables your product login, but we may retain billing, tax, security, dispute, and legal records as required or permitted by law. If you have an active subscription, cancel it through the billing portal before deleting the account login.
